Altico Advisors contracted with the Patapsco Research Group to upgrade and make additions to its corporate website.

In addition to performing the site upgrade, the Patapsco Research Group created a set of custom event registration forms (using Data Springs Dynamic Registration module) and a custom Event Management page (using the DotNetNuke Reports module and SGSV from Tressleworks.ca).

The Program Management Institute's Aerospace & Defense Specifi Interest Group (PMI A&D SIG) contracted with the Patapsco Research Group to complete development of a DotNetNuke website for the SIG. 

A specific requirement for the site was authentication of site users against an existing membership database.  To accomplish this, the Patapsco Research Group implemented a semi-custom authentication provider for the site.

Other custom features include:

• Selection and modification of a commercial skin, including customization of a flash image rotator
• Implementation of "social networking" features
• Custom configuration of Ventrian's News Article module

The Patapsco Research Groups provides services to Audacious Inquiry, LLC for design, development, operation and maintenance of a variety of websites, most of them using the DotNetNuke framework.  We have provided system design, module specification and integration with DotNetNuke, configuration, customization, and content development and installation. The Patapsco Research group has additionally developed custom modules, and specified and managed the development of custom DotNetNuke modules using both on-shore and off-shore development teams.

We developed several different "social networking" prototype websites using DotNetNuke and select third party and custom modules.

We have also developed and modified special purpose software that runs on Windows platforms, developed using c# in a Windows environment using Visual Studio.  Techniques used in the software developments include Windows services, remote monitoring and control of windows services, and remote access to system trace messages.

InvestEd, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides investor education, particularly via the annual InvestEd conference.

The Patapsco Research Group is the developer, maintainer, and hosting provider for InvestEdInc.org, the organization's website. 

One of the design goals for InvestEdInc.org is that content for the event site is created, updated, and maintained by volunteers who do not have technical skills.  Therefore, the site is designed for easy maintenance, primarily via the use of content moduls the provide for versioning and workflow approval.  The Patapsco Research Group identified , and integrated appropriate modules into the site.  We have also provided training for site administrators.

The Patapsco Research Group developed, maintains, and hosts the website for the South Broward High School Class of 1965.  The site is the focal point for promoting class reunions, and for maintaining historical information.

The site includes a private class directory.  This is used by reunion organizers to maintain a mailing list and information about class members -- and used for a class directory that is published in conjunction with class reunions.

The Patapsco Research Group provides technical support to Design4Dot.com, an Orlando-based e-commerce and website design company.  Services provided by the Patapsco Research Group include:

• DotNetNuke installation, configuration and trouble-shooting;
• Module identification (to provided needed functionality), installation and configuration;
• Site integration;
• Skin design and modification; and
• Content design and management.

The Patapsco research group has made major contributions to the 2SidesMagazine.com and LETTER.org websites.

Additionally, we performed a major re-write and update for an indurance company's website, provide multi-part forms for online quote requests.  This was done with standard ASP pages.

Dr. Joseph Craig is a contractor to DNNCreative magazine.  In that capacity, he provides daily support to DotNetNuke users at the DNNCreative Magazine's website.  Dr. Craig answers technical questions, solves user problems, and provides resources on an as-needed basis.

StockCentral is an online community where fundamental investors can come together for investing education, data, discussion, and analysis. The site features Discussion Forums, a Data Feed, Education, and  Stock Analysis Tools.

The Patapsco Research Group has provided design, engineering, organization and operation throughout the development and deployment of the site.  Our contribution include site design and operation, custom DotNetNuke modules (integration with an existing user database, skin development, custom module development), integration of standard and purchased modules, and the overall responsibility form day-to-day management of the site.
